I am a certified spiritual life coach with over 30 years of experience in the corporate industry.  My journey as an adult learning facilitator and consultant grew my practice with supporting business leaders who faced every-day challenges in the workplace.

I am the oldest of seven siblings in my family and was raised primarily by my grandparents.  I was given a great deal of responsibility by the time I reached nine-years of age.  I relied on my spiritual upbringing to help guide me through the challenging years of adolescents and adulthood; finding myself alone, confused and homeless.

 

After seeking support through private counseling sessions and improving my health through wellness programs; I grew into becoming more self-aware of who I am and how I wanted to show-up in the world.  My journey led me to a healthy balance in my family, career and finances.  I am now re-married to an amazing partner, with five productive adult children and grateful every day!

 

It is now my passion to help and support individuals with personal growth that leads to success in all facets of life.
